Graduation

Four years ago on a day like today I was getting ready to graduate high school, and anxiously awaiting my first day of college. I always knew San Diego State University was the university I wanted to attend because I certainly didn't want to leave San Diego; therefore SDSU seemed like the perfect fit for me. After summer break (a 4 month-long waiting game), the day finally arrived. I remember going on a special shopping trip to buy all of my "first week of school" outfits beforehand, a tradition of mine and my sisters' for as long as I can remember. On my first day I told myself that I would make the most of the experience, and graduate within four years. And here I am today, four years later. I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing people I had the opportunity of working with, the valuable skills I have acquired, and the endless support I have from family and friends. My college experience was everything I could've imagined and more, but I now feel ready to move on and see what else life has in store! Before I start getting more emotional, I just want to thank you all as well for reading along and clicking on my blog posts every week! THANK YOU!
